EFL Sessions
EFL sessions at the HEAL Ranch can be tailored to a variety of clients needs. At-risk youth are able to build resilience and healthy ego strength, learn abstract concepts such as boundaries, teamwork and cooperation, and improve cognitive functioning. Adults can learn leadership training and corporate team building for businesses, non-verbal communication and the ability to balance focus on a goal with focus on the team. Parents and their children, as well as couples, can work together to build communication and conflict resolution skills, and cultivate a healthy relationship based on mutual respect and understanding.
Like therapy sessions at HEAL brief EFL sessions are effective for some issues while others will benefit from a longer course of sessions. Scheduling and formats can be flexible for out of area participants. Ongoing therapy sessions are scheduled weekly or semi-monthly and are customized to fit individual situations and goals. Sessions are generally one and a half hours in length but may be shorter or longer by client request.
Session Fees
Per Hour: $120
Standard Session: $180
Intensive Session: $480
* 50% deposit is required for initial session.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service.
Scholarship/Subsidy
If you are paying out of pocket you may request an application for scholarship funding through HEAL. Partial scholarships are based on need for services and family income. Availability of funding varies.
Cancellation Policy
First Session: If a schedule change is requested more than 30 days in advance of the first session, the deposit will be transferred to another date less a $50 processing fee. Within 14 days of the scheduled date the deposit becomes non-refundable with exceptions made for travel conditions or medical emergencies (in which case the deposit will be applied to a rescheduled date). If a reserved date is canceled by HEAL, any deposits paid will be refunded in full.
Following Sessions: If a schedule change is requested more than 24 hrs in advance of a session there will be no cancellation fee. If a schedule change is requested with less than 24 hrs notice there will be a 50% cancellation fee charged.
